Cooper Atkins ® Pocket TEST Thermometer

The Bi-Metal Pocket Test features a red protective sheath with anti-microbial additive, adjustment tool and pocket clip. NSF certified. This particular thermometer has a temperature range of 0 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit and is accurate to +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit. The HACCP danger zone is even highlighted in red on the dial, showing unsafe food temperatures so that proper action can be taken immediately. The freezing point is also highlighted, though in blue. For overall ease of use, the thermometer’s dial is 1″ in diameter and features a magnifying lens. Plus, to ensure consistent accuracy, use the small adjuster on the protective cover to recalibrate the thermometer.
