Care and Use
- Wash, rinse and dry the product before using it for the first time.
- To protect the blade edge, do not chopping on hard bones and avoid cutting on hard surface such as stone, glass or metal.
- Do not put into dishwasher.
- Hand-wash with mild detergent and soft side sponge; rinse and dry immediately with kitchen towel after washed.
- Avoid from using liquid or powder detergent containing bleach or highly acidic substance.
- Store the chinese slicing knife in a safe place such as knife block to protect its edge and prevent injury.
- If no use for longer period must clean and wipe with dry cloth before storing.
