1. Wash, rinse and dry the knife before using it for the first time.

2. Avoid cutting on hard surface such as stone, glass or metal.

3. Hand-wash with the soft side of sponge & mild detergent; rinse & dry immediately after washed.

4. Avoid from using liquid or powder detergent containing bleach or highly acidic substance.

5. Use knife sharpener or sharpening stone to sharpen the knife.

6. Store the knife in a safe place such as knife block or on a magnetic strip on the wall to protect its edge & prevent injury.
