The first layer of the tri-ply structure is 21CT Stainless Steel Body where it is designed for better food safety, as it not only enhances its durability, ease of maintenance and cleaning, but also ensure your food does not react chemically (nickel free) with the cookware. An aluminium core ensure superior heat conductivity evenly throughout the pot and eliminate hotspots to optimize cooking performance, while magnetic stainless steel bottom is induction compatible and well-suited on all kind of cooktops (electrical, ceramic, gas & induction).
